Our trailer comes equipped with four taps, allowing you to serve a wide range of beverages at the same time. Whether it’s a mix of beer, wine, cocktails, or non-alcoholic options, your guests will love having choices!
We make it easy for you to enjoy your event stress-free. Our team will arrive 1–2 hours before the agreed start time to handle everything from setting up the trailer to packing it all up when the party’s over—no work on your end!
We offer complimentary travel within 20 miles of our Lancaster City location. Hosting your event a little further out? No problem—just a small fee per mile beyond that, and we’ll be there with cold drinks and good vibes.
Our trailer has a clean, timeless look that blends seamlessly with any wedding, party, or event theme. Want to add your own flair with décor or signage? We’re happy to help you personalize the setup—just ask!

PRICING

$849 for 5 hours

$100/hour for RAMP certified bartenders (flat rate, not per bartender)

$2/mile for every mile outside of the 20 mile mark

$100/hour for each hour past 5 hours

$40/hour for Trailer Tenders (flat rate, trailer tenders stay behind the scenes and continue to fill kegs and keep things tidy and moving along!)

Not at all! While we love serving a cold beer, our mobile bar is equipped to tap just about anything. That includes wine, cocktails, mocktails, soda, cold brew coffee, lemonade, and more. If you can drink it, we can tap it! Let us know your drink preferences, and we’ll help you plan the perfect selection for your event
No, we have that covered. Our mobile bar is completely self-sufficient and runs 100% off-grid. That means you don’t have to worry about power sources—we’ll come fully equipped and ready to go, whether your event is in the city or in the middle of a field.
No problem! We’re happy to accommodate events that run longer than 6 hours. Just let us know your timeline and we’ll work with you to create a custom plan that fits your needs. Extended service times may be subject to additional fees, but we’ll always be transparent and flexible to help make your day perfect.
